The Association employs a professional manager, Elite Property Management, LLC, to handle the day to day operations of the Association. They provide general administrative and community service management services including supervision of the Association’s business activities such as the collection of common fees, payment of bills, bookkeeping, etc. Jim Macek is the Property Manager assigned to The Village. He has office hours at the Buckingham Club every Monday from 11 AM to noon. He may be reached at other times by telephone. Telephone calls are answered within 24-hours. Shelley A.
