The Village at Buckingham in Avon is a Condo within the meaning of Chapter 828 of Connecticut General Statues , Common Interest ownership Act. Unit owners are subject to the following  governing documents. The Declaration may only be amended by vote of the Unit Owners.  The Rules and the Bylaws may be amended by the Executive Board of The Village at Buckingham in Avon Association, inc. after giving notice with a chance to comment to all Unit Owners.
