The Declaration of the The Village at Buckingham in Avon (10.1.5) provides that no changes may be made to the exterior of a building until such changes are approved by the Executive Board and that requests for approval shall be submitted to the Architectural Design Review Committee (ARC) designated by the Executive Board. Such change requests are submitted to the ARC though the Property Manager. To view/print a copy of the Board resolution establishing the Architectural Review Committee (2006) please click here. The ARC generally meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month at the Buckingham Club. Following are the members of this Committee.
